What does this refer to? What the writer is referring to was a frivious lawsuit from a competitor. This frivilous lawsuit was fully disclosed according to the FTC rules, laws and regulations.
It was settled out of court shortly after a judge denied a TRO Temporary Restraining Order that the plaintiff was requesting. We would never sell a franchise if we were involved in a Class Action Lawsuit. Again, this just shows how the writer was never involved in our franchise system and has a lack of knowledge of the details of which he or she speaks of.
